Ilse is very kindly and friendly, she was there when we arrived, and so we had no problem to get into the apartment.

It was very clean and comfortable and very well located. Is it possible to arrive in the center of the city in few minutes just by walking.
I will contact her again if i will come back in Frankfurt. -

The flat has all essential items and has plenty of room for a family of 3. For a longer stay it would be good to have a washing machine. The distance to the railway station (20 minutes walk) would not be a problem if you came by car.

Everything was in working order and it was a good place to stay while attending the book fair. It is smaller than the photo indicates and the bed (which is really a sofa bed) was a bit of a challenge as it was very low. But overall very good experience.
